S took an instant liking to Philippa and we felt reassured that he was in safe and responsible hands. S had a great day at the beach with the other dogs and I felt that it was money well spent. So pleased I chose Animal Ark, Philippa is really professional and has a lovley nature with my dog. She communicates with me via a pet log which is left for my return. I love how she meets the needs of my terrier and reconises her individuality, something that I found unique to other companies.

I highly recommend Philippa. My two dogs are not the easiest to walk but Philippa has risen to the challenge with enthusiasm and a wealth of expertise. Philippa uses positive reinforcement to train as she walks and has a clear plan for their progression which is shared and discussed at every step. We feel very lucky to have found her!

Philippa has been amazing with our very energetic terrier. Due to his instinctive behaviour he is very poor in re call, since Philippa has been caring for him. He is able to burn his excess energy on a 20 meter training line. More recently he has come off lead - without running off. Thanks to Philippa working with him closely. 100% recommendation
